Di vlog kali ini, kami ingin berbagi sepotong perjalanan slow living kami di sebuah desa di Bali 🌿. Hidup di sini berjalan dengan ritme yang berbeda — lebih tenang, sederhana, tapi penuh makna.

Hari dimulai dengan membersihkan halaman dan merapikan isi rumah pelan-pelan. Mungkin terlihat sepele, tapi hati terasa lebih ringan saat rumah rapi dan nyaman ditempati.

Salah satu alasan kami pindah ke desa Bali adalah agar anak-anak bisa lebih dekat dengan alam. Karena sering kali, petualangan terbaik bukan datang dari tempat wisata besar atau gadget, tapi dari hal-hal sederhana seperti melihat katak kecil yang melompat di halaman.

Dapur sederhana kami pindah ke taman hari ini. Mengiris bawang merah di bawah langit, tertawa bersama meskipun mata agak perih — hal-hal kecil inilah yang membuat hidup terasa hangat. Anak-anak pun menjadikan selang baru sebagai mainan, bermain air sambil tertawa lepas sebelum nanti digunakan untuk menyiram tanaman.

Makan siang kami diisi dengan ayam betutu khas Bali yang kami pesan dari warung lokal. Di bawah pepohonan rindang, dengan udara segar tanpa suara mesin, hanya aroma makanan hangat dan suara tawa keluarga.

Bagi kami, slow living bukan berarti hidup tanpa arah. Justru artinya hidup dengan lebih sadar, lebih hadir, dan lebih dekat dengan keluarga. Inilah cerita kecil kami dari desa Bali — tentang bagaimana hal-hal sederhana bisa menjadi kenangan paling indah.

In this vlog, we share a glimpse of our slow living journey in a Balinese village 🌿. Life here moves at a different pace — calmer, simpler, but filled with meaning.

The day begins with cleaning the yard and slowly tidying up the cupboards inside the house. It may seem like a small task, but it brings a lightness to the heart when everything feels neat and in order.

One of the reasons we chose to live in a Balinese village is to let our children experience nature more closely. Sometimes, the best adventure is not found in theme parks or gadgets — but in small things like a little frog jumping in the garden.

Our simple kitchen moved outside today. Chopping shallots under the sky, laughing together, even with slightly sore eyes — these are the little things that make life feel warm and full of love. The kids turned a new water hose into a toy, playing with water and laughing out loud before later using it to water the plants.

For lunch, we enjoyed Ayam Betutu, a famous Balinese dish, ordered from a local warung. Surrounded by shady trees, with fresh air and no noise from engines, just the aroma of warm food and the sound of laughter.

To us, slow living does not mean living without direction. It means living more consciously, being present in small moments, and cherishing them with family. This is our little story from a Balinese village — where simple things become the most beautiful memories.
